Shipping and Return Policy
RETURN
If you want to return or exchange your purchase, please know that the time period begins the day you receive your product and applies to new, clearance, open-box and pre-owned products. This policy applies to purchases from our site only.
Please pay attention that items we sell have a restocking fee 15% of item purchase price.
HOW TO RETURN ITEMS
Gather the purchases you want to return, along with the original contents and packaging. You will get free shipping on your return by using our prepaid label. Log in to your customer account to locate your order. Print a prepaid shipping label. Put the return label on the package and take it to an authorized drop-off location and ship it to us during your return period.
REFUND METHOD AND TIMING
With a few exceptions, we will reimburse you for returned items in the same way you paid for them. If you prefer, you can make an exchange for the same item.
For returns by mail, once we receive your return, we will process it within 7–10 business days. Depending on your bank’s processing time, it may take up to 10 days after we process the return to reflect on your account.
SHIPPING
Orders are shipped from Miami, FL. Orders are processed and shipped within 1-3 business days. After an item has been shipped, average delivery times vary from 2-5 business days for domestic orders and 1-4 weeks for international orders (depending on the country).
THEOLDJACKAL LLC is not responsible for any shipping deliveries that may be affected by customs, natural occurrences, or air and ground transportation strikes or delays, nor any extra fees, customs, or back-end charges once the package has exited the United States.
To ensure that your package is properly delivered and that you receive your package within the time frames we advertise, please make sure that your address is correctly entered and includes all relevant and/or required information. The use of correct abbreviations, street numbers, building or apartment numbers, and route information (if applicable) is critical for ensuring timely delivery. We do not take responsibility for lost, misplaced, or incorrectly delivered shipments if the address information provided is incorrect or incorrectly entered at the time of purchase.
THEOLDJACKAL LLC is not responsible for reaching out to the customer, nor paying the additional charges to re-ship the package.
EDITING ORDERS & ADDRESSES
Changes to items on orders, shipping addresses, or names are not possible once an order has been processed. Please check your billing and shipping information carefully before you place your order, as our dispatch team processes orders quickly.
CURRENCY CONVERSIONS
Currency conversions are estimates only and the total amount you are charged will depend on the exchange rate and processing fees your bank charges you. Your order total will display and be processed in your local currency at checkout, and all order confirmation emails and invoices will show
INTERNATIONAL TAXES AND DUTIES
You may be charged import duties and taxes by your local customs authority when your parcel is received into your country. Duty rates vary depending on the value of the goods, what they are made of, and where they are made. Importantly, all countries have different rules regarding this so we are unable to tell you exactly what duties you may be required to pay as this is determined on import by local customs officials. You will not always be required to pay duties or import tax, but it is important that you make yourself aware of the duties that apply in your country in case you are charged to avoid any surprises.
CUSTOM HOLDS
Estimated delivery times do not include customs delays or holds. In the unlikely event that you have not received your parcel within a delivery time estimated above and you have not been contacted regarding your delivery by one of our shipping couriers, please get in touch with us and we will investigate your delivery on your behalf.
UNDELIVERABLE PACKAGES
If your package does not successfully deliver and is sent back to THEOLDJACKAL LLC, it is typically due to insufficient address information. Your package will be returned and “Returned to Sender” will be stated on your tracking information. This can happen if:
• The shipping address does not exist
• The shipping address is misspelled
• The shipping address is missing information (i.e. apt/bldg/suite number)
• The carrier is unable to safely deliver the package
• The addressee has moved
• The addressee has refused the package
THEOLDJACKAL LLC and our carriers are not responsible for incorrect addresses inputted by customers. When the carrier returns an undeliverable package to us, we’ll issue a refund (not including shipping charges nor handling charges). We will not re-ship orders that carriers return to us as undeliverable. If you still want to purchase items that were undeliverable, place a new order on our website. If you notice your package is being returned to us, please email us ASAP and we will try our best to re-ship the package to a sufficient address (customer will be responsible for re-shipping fees).
If you suspect your order can’t be delivered as addressed, and you haven’t received confirmation of its return or refund four weeks after the estimated delivery date, please contact us.
